Honest, no-pressure orthodontic care for Rock Island families. Find braces and clear aligners that begin when the timing is genuinely right for you, never to meet a sales quota.
The Easy, Low-Stress Drive Rock Island Families Trust
Great orthodontic care shouldn’t sit on the far side of a traffic jam. Our Le Claire office is just a short, relaxed drive from Rock Island — hop on I-74 across the river to connect with I-80, or cruise Route 92 along the Mississippi, and you’ll roll up to the door in minutes.
No crawling through downtown backups. No circling for a parking spot. Just smooth, on-time visits that tuck neatly between work, carpools, and weeknight practices. For Rock Island parents who’d rather not surrender an afternoon to traffic, this quick trip across the river is well worth taking.
Care from a Doctor Who Grew Up Right Here
When you choose Wainwright Orthodontics, you’re choosing a doctor with deep ties to this community. Dr. Brandon Wainwright is a proud Quad Cities native, and his passion for orthodontics first took hold during his years in the Riverdale School system in Port Byron.
He served six years in the National Guard, earned his orthodontic degree, then came back home to care for the very neighbors he grew up beside. That connection shows in everything we do: clear, honest guidance, no ego, and a genuine promise to treat you like family — because to us, that’s exactly who you are.
Treatments Built Around Your Family’s Life
At our Le Claire office, we use modern digital tools, including precise digital impressions, to keep every step of treatment faster, cleaner, and far more comfortable. Here’s the full range of care we provide:
- Self-Ligating Braces: Move your teeth more smoothly with advanced brackets that reduce friction, delivering efficient, comfortable results with fewer adjustments along the way.
- Clear Braces: Enjoy the dependable strength of braces in a subtle, tooth-colored design that quietly blends right into your smile.
- Clear Aligners: Create the smile you’ve been picturing with comfortable, removable trays that are nearly impossible to spot.
- Early Interceptive Treatment: We start watching growth around age 7, so your child’s care begins at the precise moment it will do the most good.
- Airway Orthodontics: We look at how your smile, jaw, and bite connect to healthy breathing and restful sleep, supporting lasting whole-body wellness.
- Teeth Whitening: Add the perfect finishing sparkle to your new smile once your treatment is complete.
